Order confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will include your order number, proof of payment. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Still no email? Send us a message at support@toppalletfly.com with the subject: "Order Confirmation Not Received. "Our team will assist you right away.

Shipping costs and Times

Total Delivery time: Order Processing time + Transit time (the Amount of time the carrier takes to hand over the product to you)

Order Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 06:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed before 06:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 06:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

All pricing on our website is in USD. Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Suspicions of fraud

In this case, we will cancel the order from our end and refund you, the refund is processed within 14 business days and the customer sees the funds back in their account within that time.
