How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the US.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Shipping time 5 - 8 Business days
Will i receive a tracking number to track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email for shipment confirmation and the tracking number for you to track the process as soon as the order has been shipped. It may take a couple days for any tracking information to show.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders normally take up to 24-48 hours to process - excluding weekends and holidays. During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume. But we will get your order out.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United States at the moment.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30 days return on all products. Please refer to our return and refund policy.

Below are some of are common questions about orders
My item has not arrived, is it normal?
The order is processed between 1 and 2 business days and the delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
If it's been less than 14 business days, you will just have to arm yourself with a little more patience, your item is on its way!
If all of your order has still not arrived after 14 working days maximum, please contact us so we investigate the tracking code and resend again if necessary.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team by email with a photo or video of the problem you encountered and we will send you a new item immediately. If you do not get an answer from us within 24h (Monday to Friday) please check your spams, we answer 100% of emails. Otherwise contact us by phone.
I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
Absolutely, contact us and we will let you know the procedure. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods. You just need to send the item back to us and we will proceed to the refund. Please refer to our return and refund policy.
Canceling an order?
Orders may be canceled within 24hrs of placing only if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
